At 27, he and his wife, Jaime, acquired her parents' family-run service business and transformed it into a prominent regional enterprise with national recognition. For Kris, entrepreneurship is about problem-solving and innovation, which he actively pursues through his leadership at Deer Solution and by mentoring budding entrepreneurs and students.
Jaime, who grew up immersed in the deer control industry thanks to her father's pioneering efforts, was deeply involved in her parents' business from a young age. By 2008, she and Kris had taken over the company, with Jaime focusing on expanding their digital presence and handling key operational roles.
